These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of dumasrecup-auto.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from dumasrecup-auto (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility & Use

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase from the Site. You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only and in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.

3. Products, Authenticity & Condition

• Authenticity: We specialize in real BAPE items. Listings include macro photos of key tags (neck, wash tag, hologram) and details to help verify authenticity.
• Condition: Items are listed as new or pre‑owned with condition grades and notes. Read the full description and review photos before purchasing.
• Availability: Inventory is limited and may change without notice. We do not guarantee that items will remain in stock.

4. Orders, Acceptance & Cancellations

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline at our discretion (for example, due to stock, errors, or suspected fraud). We will refund any payment for orders we do not accept.

To request a cancellation, contact [email protected] as soon as possible. Orders that have shipped cannot be canceled.

5. Pricing, Taxes & Errors

Prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. We strive for accuracy but may correct any errors or inaccuracies (including after an order is submitted). If a pricing error materially affects your order, we will contact you for confirmation or cancel and refund.

6. Payments

We accept major payment methods as shown at checkout (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, PayPal). By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it and authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the full amount of your order, including taxes and shipping.

7. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

• Coverage & Speed: We ship from the United States. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Information.
• Processing: Orders typically process within posted business hours (Mon–Fri). Peak seasons may require more time.
• Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon carrier’s delivery scan. If a package is marked delivered but missing, contact the carrier and our support team.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Our returns policy, including return windows, item condition, and refund method, is described in our Refund & Returns Policy. Returned items must include any tags, seals, and documentation. Refunds are issued after inspection. Shipping fees are typically non‑refundable unless required by law.

9. Sizing, Measurements & Color Display

• Measurements: We provide measurements (e.g., pit‑to‑pit and length) to help you select the best fit. Tolerances of ±1–2 cm may occur.
• Color: We attempt to display colors accurately, but device screens and lighting can cause variations.

10. Promotions & Gift Cards

Promotions are for a limited time and subject to terms listed on the offer. One promotion per order unless otherwise stated. Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively. Gift cards (if offered) are non‑refundable except as required by law.

11. Accounts & Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
