Each BAPE piece is verified and sealed. Tag macro photos are archived with your order number and included in your confirmation email on request.
Processing & cutoffs
Orders placed by 12:00 PT typically dispatch same or next business day.
Orders placed after cutoff, on weekends, or on US holidays dispatch next business day.
Pre‑orders or items requiring secondary verification may add 1 business day.
Business days: Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
Tracking your order
We’ll email tracking once your label is created. The link activates when the carrier scans the parcel.
Signature, insurance & security
Orders $400+ may require Signature Confirmation at delivery.
Request signature on any order by emailing support before dispatch.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate the parcel, contact the carrier first, then reach us within 7 days.
We may hold orders for additional verification to prevent fraud.
International duties & taxes
International shipments are typically sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Your local customs authority may assess VAT/GST and duties on arrival. These fees are not collected by dumasrecup-auto and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Refusal to pay duties may result in return-to-sender or abandonment per carrier policy.
Returned international parcels due to unpaid duties or incorrect address may incur return fees deducted from the refund.
Address changes & failed delivery
Address updates are possible before dispatch—contact [email protected] ASAP.
Once shipped, we can request a carrier intercept (fees may apply; not guaranteed).
Packages returned due to incorrect/undeliverable address can be reshipped (additional postage) or refunded minus shipping.
P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO
We can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO via USPS services. Some expedited options may be unavailable for these addresses.

If the order has not shipped, contact support and we’ll attempt to upgrade the method (you’ll pay the difference). After dispatch, changes are limited to carrier intercepts and are not guaranteed.
Do you ship from the US?
Yes, orders ship from our San Francisco, CA hub unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Will my items ship together?
Most orders ship in a single parcel. If an item needs extra verification or comes from a different warehouse, we’ll notify you and provide separate tracking.
My tracking hasn’t updated—what do I do?
Tracking can pause during transfers between facilities. If there’s no scan for 3+ business days, reach out and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Photograph the box and contents immediately and contact us within 7 days. Keep all packaging—carriers may require inspection for a claim.
